I have been taking private and group chess lessons with Adam since mid-2020. When I first started my rating was about 1600 and I told him that my one-year goal was to get to 1700. I recently hit a new high rating of 1787 so the results speak for themselves. Adam has a very high level of chess knowledge, is a great teacher, and he takes a personal interest in your progress. The More I Study
I always wondered how do chess payers improve? I tried playing game after game, watching Grandmasters compete, and studying chess for hours. It seemed like whatever I tried, I basically did not significantly improve. I did not want to give up because I find chess to be fascinating. Fortunately, I have been able to study under Adam Siegel. As the result of his knowledge, skills, patience, teaching experience and ability to explain tactics and strategies so that they are understandable, I am finally improving!
